Paid on 7th, seller was very kind to call and confirm. Then I realise I made a wrong order and re-ordered a correct one. I recommend the product which is definitely value for money.
It is not high quality and looks a little bit cheap, but for the price it is totally fine.
Perfect for a guest room.
If you plan to use the mattress for many years, it is recommended to choose the 8 inch version instead.
Note that the mattress has a strong plastic smell at the beginning, I recommend to let it breathe a few days with open windows/doors on the first few days to let the smell go away.

The administration lady I spoke to is so friendly and efficient. The delivery guy did not call me before delivery. Delivery was arranged 2 days after order has been made. The guys were alright to assemble and dump the cardboxes. Firmness of bed is not that firm so should be suitable for back. Hopefully in the near future, seller can have a higher bedframe to choose. The bedframe is kinda low which makes cleaning more difficult. We received the Queen bed (6inch) as scheduled. The bed is okay only, headboard is hard without cushion.
